The Mews House is an 85 sqm Machiya in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto. A few minutes walk to Nishiki Market heading north, the river heading east and surrounded by cafes and restaurants, it is the perfect location from which to explore Kyoto. This renovation by Heritage Homes Japan aims to revitalize it into a modern yet culturally rich living space, blending traditional charm with contemporary comforts. It will be completed in August 2023, after which we will of course post the pictures of the finished house.
